I called Perry to get another opinion about replacing a TxValve. Our technician, Micah, was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained how the part worked and what our options were.

Perry saved me from being scammed by another company (who I will not mention here). They sent Micah out right away and he was able to get our system back up and running after the sabotage from the other company.

100% recommend them and Micah. Very professional, courteous and kind all around.

They are prompt and helpful. We are out of town and they called our reprehensible on their way so she didn't have to wait for hours. We've never been disappointed with Perry's Heating and Cooling

Perry Heating, Cooling came to do a tuneup service on my AC today. I was impressed with the prompt arrival and professional way everything was handled today. Everything was explained to me so I could understand exactly what was done and completed. Also technician went over regular routine maintenance to help keep my system running smoothly. I have a tankless water heater that doesn't seem to work correctly. A Perry technician came out and thoroughly checked the system and diagnosed the problem. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

Micah Foster Mills from Perry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was of an answer to my hopes that he would be knowable of my air conditioning/heating thermostat. He was quick to discover the problem with my Thermostat was "ME." He calmly explained and showed me the proper way to set and reset my thermostat. He is a valuable asset to Perry HC&P and I give him an Outstanding Rating!

Micah (our service tech) was very thorough in inspecting our HVAC system, showing us where there were minor leaks in our system, and presenting several options for maintenance, repair and/or replacement of our system. We will definitely use Perry for future repairs and eventual replacement needs.

Perry is simply the best. Living in AZ, A/C is not an option, it is necessary. This business is legit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased the unit and had them install four years ago. Tuesday night I noticed the thermostat was set to 76 degrees and it was reading 82, so my boyfriend called One Hour Air first and their technician charged $434 and said the job would cost $2,000. Next I called Perry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, and Mario went above and beyond and got a technician out asap. Micah came out asap and charged $80 to diagnose and said the job would cost $1300. Glad I got a second opinion.

I am so grateful and thoroughly satisfied with the work done on my hot water heater. The technician, Martine, was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. 5 star service!

The technician showed up as promised. He was methodical and demonstrated his system of organization and skill. The installation of two toilets was completed expertly. When the job was done, he walked through with me, pointing out all relevant details. I was satisfied with his work and he made sure to cllean and pickup aftwards. The job I thought was a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. Quality work.

Perry reminded me that we were entitled to a free service call. Got appointment set up quickly & easily— only needed a 2 hour window (very reasonable). Todd showed up on time and got to work right away. Did thorough inspection and presented results. Had what was needed for repairs in the truck so we didn’t have to set up another appointment. Answered all my questions. Didn’t try to sell me things that I could get cheaper on my own (filter). We’ll continue with Perry.

One nice thing, the technicians visit the same homes so there is continuity. Richard arrived on time and remembered details about us and the parking situation at our house since he'd been there a couple times before which was refreshing. He got to work quickly and did the little extras. We look forward to his visit in the fall.

Jordan was very thorough with inspections. Excellent response times, reports, and diligent. Very good experience.

My wife and I are so pleased with the work that Ricky does for us on our A/C units. He is knowledgeable, friendly and just a great guy. When he comes by it's like a friend doing work!!

I was so happy to find Perry's heating and Cooling. I have a swamp cooler. Many companies do not have technicians who know how to service this old fashioned system. But Perry's has Estevan Bravo. He surely deserves a "bravo" for the many times he has had to trouble shoot our system and to improvise its fix. He also maintains our traditional heating system and keeps it running smoothly. The above review was written by me about seven years ago. The swamp cooler is still performing well thanks to Estevan Bravo but the time had come for us to consider AC. Again our trusted technician, Estevan of Perry's provided us with explanations and costs of three different systems. We chose a Rheem system that allows us to cool with AC as well as to use our swamp cooler and to warm us with a heat pump function. Wow, what a package! Estevan and his team, technicians Ozzy and Robert installed in a day. They went right to work, wasted no time, were efficient and very neat. The price turned out to be lower than friends had paid for similar packages.In addition, Estevan installed and programed a new Honeywell thermostat that can be controlled by my phone, great if we need to away. Again, I found Estevan Bravo and his team to be quiet and courteous AND prompt. Thank you Estevan, Ozzy and Robert.

Height of their busy season, record breaking highs yet they still arrived same day to repair. Started from our first call at 7:30 AM when the person answered the phone, took our info as she was pleasant, friendly and professional. The technician that came was definitely knowledgable, very friendly and unrushed. Excellent service.

The technician was on time, very friendly and efficient. He explained what the job involved and did it well.

I had Perry Heating, Cooling install my last 2 air conditioners - 2 different homes - and when at spring check up, the tech located a leak in my 11.5 year old system, he presented options. He was clear, calm and answered all my questions. Within 5 days I had a new system installed and today a supervisor followed up to make sure all had been properly installed. I've been very pleased with the products and service over the past 20 years.

Our Trane A/C unit started running all day at low speed and unable to keep up with the heat. We puchased it from Perry Heating and Cooling 22 years ago and it never had any problems with it easily keeping its part of the house cool until now.

Called Perry Heating and Cooling and they immeadiately dispatched Macah to come out and look it over. He confirmed that the unit was not operating as it should and after a lot of workin going from the inside unit to the outside unit was able to tracking the problem down to a low voltage wire. Macah was very friendly and informative and showed me photos on his phone of the steps and reading he was getting. He advised what the cost would be and obtained permission to proceed before continuing. He found the shorted low voltage wire, by-passing it, which corrected the problem, and had our A/C unit back up and running at full capacity.

Our unit is back up and running like new.

I now have Perry Heating and Cooling & Plumbing check our units yearly keeping them running efficeintly and finding issues before they become problems.

We are very pleased with the timely response of Perry Heating and Cooling and the pleasant and capable professionalism of the specialist they sent out.

Highly recommend them.
